Use-case self-organized events: Virtual roadshows

Fully virtual roadshows might be a question of necessity (travel restrictions) or efficiency (if there is no time or
budget for a physical roadshow). The schedulR Event Module makes this process much more convenient.

• You can set-up slots over several days (not only one day).
• If you have tagged your investors properly, sending the invites is very fast (filter by ‘tags’).
• Very limited coordination effect, investors can book themselves (first come, first served).
• You might even set-up different events, e.g. CFO for Prio 1, IR only for Prio 2.
• Possible to add e.g. your Zoom account details to make set-up even faster.
