Advanced Dynamic Segmentation

We offer dynamic segmentation of your mailing contacts which means you can: define a segment -
combination or subset of several lists. If you then reuse the segment at a later stage, it will be updated again,
i.e. changes you made to contacts since last use are included.

After you have defined and saved a segment you can use it like a distribution list, i.e. directly select it via news-
mailing or campaign.

A use case for such a segment would be e.g. a follow for an investor event. You take the original distribution
list and deduct the investors that have already signed up.

Below we describe a rather simple example of a ‘combined mailing list’.

Segmentation is however much more powerful, as you can see below

Admittedly – depending on your data set and what you want to achieve - defining the segments might turn out
to be a little more complex exercise. We are happy to support you here, but this will not be covered by regular
support.
